  One Account Per Player

  Each individual player may maintain only one active account on 666kl. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 666kl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate account activity pending investigation. Players should contact support immediately if they believe a duplicate account has been created in error.

  Accurate Information

  You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the age requirement — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings, and recovery of any withdrawn funds obtained through misrepresentation.

  KYC Verification

  666kl operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit identity documents (including a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate) and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of a request may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until verification is completed.   Using the Platform to launder money, finance illegal activity, or conduct any form of payment fraud — including chargebacks on legitimate deposits — is strictly prohibited. 666kl cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected financial crime. Any player found to have used the Platform in connection with money laundering or fraud will be permanently banned and their details reported to the appropriate authorities.

  Collusion & Match Fixing

  Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, or placing bets on sporting events where the outcome has been or is suspected to have been manipulated, is strictly prohibited. 666kl employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns for indicators of collusion and match fixing. Accounts flagged by these systems will be suspended pending investigation, and winnings derived from identified collusion or match-fixing activity will be voided.

  Software Exploitation & Hacking

  Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, servers, or game logic is strictly prohibited. The use of automated bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users is also prohibited. Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain a financial advantage — rather than reporting them to 666kl support — will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any gains made through exploitation.

7. Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability

• 7.1

  Intellectual Property

  All content on the 666kl Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and audiovisual material — is the intellectual property of 666kl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 666kl. Limited, personal, non-commercial use of the Platform is permitted in accordance with these Terms.

• 7.2

  Limitation of Liability

  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 666kl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings due to technical failure, or any other intangible loss. 666kl's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

  Platform Availability

  666kl endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond 666kl's reasonable control. 666kl shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, including the inability to place bets on time-sensitive sporting events. Players are advised not to place bets when network conditions are unstable.
